Student Council Leadership Training 2025

Our newly elected Student Council members have just completed an inspiring Leadership Training Program—a powerful launch into their roles as student leaders at Lumbini International School!

Throughout the training, students engaged in a range of activities designed to build leadership capacity, foster collaboration, and develop self-awareness. Highlights included:

✅ Team-building challenges to promote trust and unity
✅ Self-reflection exercises to explore leadership styles and strengths
✅ Collaboration tools, including Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats, to encourage creative and critical thinking
✅ Conflict resolution techniques to handle challenges constructively
✅ Goal-setting and communication workshops to equip students with essential leadership skills

A special highlight was the presence of former Student Council members, who joined the sessions to share their insights, lessons learned, and words of encouragement. Their stories and reflections offered valuable guidance and reminded everyone of the lasting impact student leadership can have.

We are proud of the enthusiasm, maturity, and curiosity shown by our current council. With a strong foundation now in place, we can’t wait to see how they lead, serve, and inspire!
